I did this session clear back in May. I put some pics on FB but never on my blog. How cute is this little guy with his crocheted baseball newsboy cap? His momma wanted a baseball themed shot and I told her I knew just the girl to make the cap! Treasured by Holly is amazing and whipped it up for me and it was perfect!!

He was awake for about two seconds and slept the whole rest of the time! His mom Melissa came prepared! I was talking to her on the phone the night before the session and she mentions how she has a bunch of props she is going to bring just in case we want to use them. Um….ya! I get so sick of using my same stuff over and over! Let me tell you, she wasn’t kidding either! She had so many options, we didn’t even get to everything! Thank you so much for bringing your cute little guy {and props, lol!} over!

Oh! and did I mention her kids could be GAP models! Gorgeous!

I was excited because as you know, newborns are my absolute favorite, and HELLO, who doesn’t love twins!! These girlies were so good to me and were perfect little angels. I love them!

Once the twins were booked, I knew exactly what I wanted to do. I remembered when we were trick or treating with the kids this last year, that I had seen this cool double balance scale at this sweet lady’s house. I was so nervous to ask her to borrow it but when I finally got the guts to ask, she was SO SWEET and said yes! She was so excited that someone was interested in her “old” stuff! Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!!!

It was at the very end of my 4th grade year that we moved from Jacksonville, Florida to St. George, Utah. I remember I was SO scared. Moving to a whole new town, having to make new friends, the whole thing! I don’t think Sallie and I were in the same class, but I do remember being super excited to go play at her house. So I am riding my bike, probably singin’ a song, and all of the sudden…..totally ate dirt. Yes, I am still clumsy to this day. Why I remember that bike ride, I do not know. But I do know I was on my way to Sallie’s:) Woo-hoo! Go Bloomington Buccaneers!

Not only will they have her big football player dad to deal with, she also has 4 big brothers that ADORE her! A little over a year ago, I took this families pictures. At the time, they had a brand new baby boy! Now they have a little princess! I was so exited when Anja called me! You see, they live up in SLC now. When I heard they were expecting a baby girl, I was so excited for them! But…I was bumbed because I knew I wouldn’t have the chance to take her newby pics since they would be up in SLC. So I was so surprised to get the call! She was just a week old and they were down in St. George! Wooh Hooo! So the whole fam came over and we played. These boys are angels. They were sitting there the whole time just playing with toys out of the toy box. Honestly, I would forget that they were even there! Good luck to you guys and enjoy that precious baby!
