So my buddy Kelsi has put together this super awesome boutique. It is at Southwest Dance Studio over by Krumpets on Riverside Dr. Check out the flyer for info on what vendors are going to be there. I am way excited cuz my friend Teresa is coming. She has this traveling clothing store. I have been to a couple of her party’s. She has the cutest most affordable clothes. So guess what. She is selling it all for half off!!! Her stuff was already dirt cheap, so she is practically giving it away. So come early for the good stuff cuz its gonna be gone fast.

I am also doing mini-sessions that day. The cute little dancers that take dance there haven’t had dance pics yet. So if you are a cute dancer, come on down. We will have a nice little setup. The sessions will only take about 10 minutes each. So we are going to do first come, first served. I am hoping that is the best way. Not a dancer? No prob. I am offering the mini-session to any cute kiddo’s who are needing pictures!! Click on the flyer for more details!

I was so excited to do this newborn session. My last one was mid-Dec. which seems like FOREVER ago. So it was great to get my newborn craving under control. I have never heard such a squeaker! This little guy had quite the high pitch! Not crying, squeaking. Like a little loud mouse. He is a cutie! Check out the new big sis! I love her. She was crazy in a super great way! We had lots of fun. You might remember her from this mini-session at Swiss Days. She is only two months younger than my little monster. Her and her new bro are only 16 months apart! This mamma is going to be BUSY! Thanks for letting me do your pictures!

Ok. I will be the first to admit this. I am way late on posting the winner of this contest! I went to Random.org. I am sure that there is an easier way to do this on that website, but I didn’t want to sign up and pay $. Anyhoo, it picked a random number between 1 and 62 and the lucky number is 30!!!!! Maybe its the lucky number because the coolest people in the world will be turning 30 this year:) They say that the 30′s are the new 20′s. I’m going with that!! (Not that I am talking about myself of course! I’m only 23…) This contest is a monthly contest that is going on every month!! I promise that I will be quicker at picking the winners, so comment people!!!!!! I know you are coming here, I see the stats! Don’t be shy.

You know those times when you wish you could turn back time? Even just go back 30 seconds??? That was me yesterday. Let me tell you a little story.

I love my computer. If my house caught on fire, I would first of course, make sure my family was safe. I would then run back into the flaming house and get my laptop. Doing pictures, I am on it all.of.the.time. I don’t watch tv. If I have time to kill and nothing to edit (ya right), I am on the internet doing something.

So yesterday, my boys had a haircut appointment. They hate haircuts. I think if they had a choice between haircuts and the dentist, they would pick the dentist. Why they are like this, I do not know. My good friend Crystal at United Hairlines is our hair gal. She has done it for as long as I have had highlights. My whole family uses her. She gives the kids treats and loves. Believe me when I say that their hate for haircuts has nothing to do with her! So I decide to take my laptop with me. I go out to my car with my laptop and purse in hand. I don’t have my keys. So I set my laptop on the hood of my car, and my purse on the ground. I go inside, find my keys and unlock the car. I get Cohlee into the car, and the boys are getting into the car as well. They are fighting like cats and dogs because they are all in bad moods. I go inside the house to get a couple of things and turn lights and tv off. My mom calls my cell so I am now talking to her getting into my car. So I am driving to the end of my street and stop at the stop sign. I hear a sliding sound. I suddenly remember my computer is on the hood!!!!!!! I don’t see the computer sliding, but I don’t see the computer at all. I put the car in park and walk around to the other side of my car. There sits my computer in the street. I am freaking my freak!!!!! I pick it up. I get in the car. I don’t look at my computer because I am afraid. We get to the salon and I park my car. My computer is still in one piece, thank goodness. I open it up and up pops the last thing I was working on!! Are you kidding me! It didn’t even skip a beat! Don’t get too excited. Its is damaged. It landed on the corner where you plug the charger in. So I know that I won’t be able to charge it. I took it home and backed the whole thing up before taking it to my computer guys house where it is hopefully getting fixed and not breaking the bank. Please send happy positive thoughts to my laptops way. While it is in the shop, my little bro has lent me his computer so I can continue to work! Thanks Patrick!

i heart faces is a super cool blog about photography. They are celebrating their 1st birthday!! Wooh-hooo! They have contests every week, and this is the first time I am entering! There are hundreds of other photographers, so I am sure my chances are slim to none, but I figured what the heck! So if you like to take pictures of people, go check them out!

This next one is on a completely different day. We came prepared with major bribes. Didn’t work.

Now you are thinking it is because their mom is the photog, which makes it harder. Wrong.

This next one was taken after my daughter was born by Kelly Larson with Elements Photography.

I promise, they are happy kids for the most part.

I will cherish every one of these pictures forever. I love my little babes!!!
